• 1 hour of handyman service every month (12 hrs/year) 
• Seasonal home inspections (Spring + Fall) 
• 15% discount on additional labor 
• Priority scheduling 
• Free basic materials (caulk, screws, anchors, etc.) 

Ideal For: Busy households or homeowners who want consistent, proactive care. 

Home Concierge – $349/month

White-glove handyman support for high-maintenance or luxury homes. 



Includes: 

• 2 hours of service per month (24 hrs/year) 
• Monthly walkthrough & preventative maintenance tasks 
• 20% discount on additional labor 
• Priority response (within three business days) 
• Complete interior and exterior inspection 
• Interior and exterior caulking refreshed to improve moisture protection and energy efficiency 
• Inspect furnace filter for dust buildup or airflow restriction and replace if needed or per schedule 
• Drain the hot water heater 
• Reverse ceiling fan direction per season 
• Exterior dryer vent cleaning 
• Inspect and clean window screens 
• Inspect and clean ceiling fans and bath fans 
• Check and lubricate garage door rollers & hinges 
• Check and replace door seals 
• Check and adjust door alignment 
• Trimming of vegetation in contact with siding, foundation, or HVAC equipment (includes basic bush/branch trimming and removal only) 
• Inspect and sharpen lawn mower blades

How to Request Work:  

Our subscription programs are designed to be flexible and proactive. We use a hybrid approach that gives you control while also ensuring your home stays in great shape.

Here’s how it works: 

You may request service at any time using the request form on our website: https://www.helpful-handyman.com. 

• You will receive a reminder before your next scheduled visit to submit requests. 
• If no requests are submitted, our technician will still visit your home (based on your plan frequency) and perform a preventative maintenance inspection and light repairs. 
• During each visit, we document findings using our Home Health Checklist, and you’ll receive a summary report with photos. 
• If we notice issues needing attention, we’ll recommend next steps and let you approve additional work. 
• Service time covers labor only. Larger projects or specialty materials are quoted separately. 
• Unused monthly or quarterly service hours roll over for up to 12 months, provided your subscription remains active and in good standing. 
• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for unused time or services.

This model ensures you never miss out on service while giving you the flexibility to prioritize what matters most in your home.
